Black Heritage in Racing is an exhibit at the Kentucky Derby Museum showcasing an important and little known piece of horse racing history, and it was the inspiration for this book design. Text and images were provided by the Kentucky Derby Museum with some additional images from the Keeneland Library and Library of Congress.
